The victim has been identified as Boone P. Kujawa age 12. Boone was a student at All Saints Catholic School in Berlin where he had just completed the 6th grade. Boone was a wonderful young man, who loved life and everyone he met. Boone was a great son, brother, grandson, nephew, cousin, and friend to so many. Boone loved sports of all types, and was always active playing them with his cousins and friends.

“The loss of a young child is the worst thing a family can experience. This tragedy has affected the family immensely and the community as a whole. Berlin is a small community that comes together to support and grieve with the Kujawa family. Our thoughts and prayers are with them.”, says Captain Kevin Block.

The family has requested no media presence at the Funeral Home or Church during the funeral.
