Notice of Slow-No-Wake
| Green Lake County Ordinance (Chapter #266-6) provides for the posting, notice, and enforcement of boating slow-no-wake conditions upon the Fox River, all and within the City of Berlin, Green Lake County, when the Fox River has reached a flood stage of 13.0 feet (Hydrologic Unit #4030201).
As of this date, 03/21/16, the Fox River has reach 13.0 feet or greater. This boating Slow-No-Wake provision will remain in force until revoked. Enforcement action may be taken for violations of this ordinance. |
