Bring proof of insurance.

Available FREE for participating Medicare plans & Medicaid recipients and children 18 or under who are uninsured.
We have the quadrivalent vaccine to protect against 4 flu strains $40 Cost for anyone else (receipt can be turned in to insurance companies for reimbursements)
