This crash remains under investigation by the Green Lake County Sheriff’s Office, Wisconsin State Patrol, and the Green Lake County Coroners Office.

On Sunday, August 31, 2014 at 3:06 p.m., the Green Lake County E911 Communication Center received a report of a two vehicle accident with injuries.
Emergency responding units arrived on scene and found two vehicles with severe damage with two people injured. While doing their accessment of the injuries, they found one of the drivers deceased. The initial investigation shows one vehicle, a 2006 Pontiac Torrent, was traveling east on McConnell Road and a 1995 Ford F350 was traveling north on Cth PP, when they collided at the intersection.
Responding units to this crash included the Green Lake County Sheriff’s Office, Green Lake/Brooklyn Fire Department, Berlin EMS, Green Lake EMS, Paramedic Unit, the Wisconsin State patrol, along with the Green Lake County Coroner’s Office.
The Wisconsin State Patrol is conducting a Crash Investigation Reconstruction of the incident. The incident remains under investigation by the Green Lake County Sheriff’s Office, Wisconsin State Patrol, and the Green Lake County Coroner’s Office.
