UPDATE

Concerning the fatal farming incident on Brooklyn G Rd., Ripon, the name of the deceased adult male is as follows:

Robert C. Kallio, age 61, of Ripon, Wisconsin.  

While foul play is not suspected, this incident remains under investigation by the Green Lake County Sheriff’s Office and Coroner.

  On Monday, August 5, 2019, at 6:22pm, the Green Lake County E911 Communications Center received a report of a tractor rolled over on an individual who was currently trapped underneath. With emergency medical and fire/rescue paged for response, Sheriff’s Deputies arrived on the scene at 6:27pm. A short time later, fire/rescue and EMS (Paramedic) arrived and determined that the subject was deceased.

  
  A preliminary investigation has revealed that a 61 year old Green Lake male, who lived at the farm, was working on the tractor when it rolled and he became trapped underneath. The name of the male is not being released pending notice to family.

  Responding units to this incident included the Green Lake County Sheriff’s Office and Coroner, Green Lake/Brooklyn Fire/Rescue, Green Lake EMS and Paramedic Unit.

This incident remains under investigation.
