Attempted Burglary Wayside Repair

Information:

At approximately 7:30am, Friday, September 6, 2013, three adult males (see attached images) walked into the Wayside Repair Restaurant, Sth. 44/73, Markesan.  The restaurant was open for business and very busy.

The males walked around inside of the restaurant and located the store office.  Then two males served as lookouts , acting as if they were shopping and blocking walkways, while a third male broke into the store office.  The office was entered, however, nothing was taken.  The three males then casually left the restaurant.

During the investigation into this crime, deputies discovered that a similar incident had taken place one day earlier, Thursday, September 5, 2013, at 12:00pm, at the Wautoma Shell Station.  The same three male suspects were recorded for about one-half hour looking around the store and subsequently locating and then entering the business office.  Nothing was found to be taken.
 
In the Waushara County incident, the males left in a 2004-2012 gold colored Chrysler mini-van with a possible Minnesota license plate number of 525DMT (see attached image).

The Green Lake County Sheriff’s Office is seeking the identity of the males involved:

Suspect #1: White, male, medium build, 6 feet tall, brown average length hair, clean shaven, squinty eyes, wears a baseball cap, approximately 45 years of age.
 

Suspect #2: White, male, medium to thin build, 6 feet tall, gray closely trimmed hair with possible gray goatee, wears a baseball cap, approximately 50 – 60 years of age.  
 
Suspect #3: White, male, medium to stocky build, 5’10” tall, brown average length hair, slightly longer in the back, wears a baseball cap, approximately 30 years of age. 
 
Vehicle: 2004-2012, Gold Chrysler mini-van, with a possible Minnesota license plate number of 525DMT.
